Sensory and motor work
Pouring, threading, dough, water and sand. The trays look like play because they are, and they build the grip a pencil needs later.
Toddler · ages 2 to 3
Short days, small groups and the same two adults every morning. Most children settle within the first fortnight, and we plan the phase-in around your child rather than a fixed schedule.

Naming, singing, rhyme and lots of talking. Vocabulary comes first; the alphabet waits its turn.
The same order every day — greet, work, snack, outdoors, circle. Predictability is what makes a toddler brave.
Not at all. Toilet learning is part of the toddler year and staff handle it as a matter of routine. Send a change of clothes and we will keep you posted on progress.
Toddler sessions run about two and a half hours in the morning. Daycare can extend that at most centres if you need longer.
Groups are small, with a certified lead teacher and an assistant who stay with the same children all year.
Some do for the first week or two. We will call you if a child does not settle within the session rather than leave you wondering.
See a working classroom, meet the lead teacher and ask about seats in your child's age group.
