The terms you agree to when you use this website. Admission, fees and centre rules are covered by the agreement you sign at your centre.

These terms cover your use of thynqai.in, which is run by Ideal Play Abacus Pvt. Ltd. Using the site means you accept them. They do not cover admission, fees or how a centre runs: those are in the admission agreement you sign at the centre.
What this site is for
It describes our programmes, our centres and our teacher training, and lets you enquire or download the brochure. Everything on it is for information. A seat is confirmed only when the centre confirms it in writing and the admission formalities are complete.
Fees, dates and availability
Fees, session timings, age groups, centre addresses and the programmes offered can change, and differ between centres. Nothing on this site is an offer or a quotation. Ask the centre for its current fee sheet before you decide.
Enquiring
When you send an enquiry you agree that the details are yours to give, that they are accurate, and that we may contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp about your enquiry. Tell us to stop and we will.
Our words and pictures
The text, photographs, logos, curriculum descriptions and books shown on this site belong to Ideal Play Abacus Pvt. Ltd. You may read and print them for your own use as a parent. You may not copy them onto another website, use them in advertising, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.
Franchise information
Figures on the franchise pages are indicative and based on how our existing centres were set up. They are not a projection, a guarantee of earnings, or an offer. Any franchise arrangement is governed entirely by the signed franchise agreement.
Other websites
Where we link to another site, such as Google Maps or a sister company, we are not responsible for what is on it.
When the site is down
We keep the site running as best we can, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. If something here looks wrong, tell us and we will check it.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts where our registered office sits have exclusive jurisdiction.
